Asus introduced the ROG Phone 6 model, which it developed specifically for gamers, earlier this month. Today, it unveiled a compact yet flagship model called the Zenfone 9, whose video of the event was accidentally leaked in the past period.

Zenfonce 9, the new compact phone from Asus, is a flagship in terms of its features. Although its price is relatively close to the middle class, that is, it is suitable for its class, with the camera, screen and other technologies, it is not lagging behind the devices of the upper segment.
When we look at the specs of the device, we see that it comes with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. On the GPU side, there is Adreno 730. It has 8GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB supported UFS 3.1 storage.
The 5.9-inch AMOLED screen of the device offers a resolution of 2400×1080. The panel, which has a brightness of 800 nits, can go up to 1100 nits with HDR 10+ support. It also has an adaptive screen refresh rate that can vary between 60-120 Hz. It is also dust and water resistant with IP68 certification. The supported Smart Key fingerprint is also located on the right side above the power button.
When we look at the camera specs, we see that it has 2 very large looking lenses. Its 50-megapixel primary camera uses Sony’s IMX766 sensor. It also has OIS, called 6-axis gimbal stabilization. In other words, shakes and vibrations in videos are kept to a minimum.
It also has a 4300mAh battery and a 3.5mm headphone/mic jack. On the connectivity side, it has Wi-Fi 6E, 5G and LDAC Bluetooth. The device has a Zen UI interface based on the Android 12 operating system.
Finally, the Asus Zenfone 9 model is available for sale at $699 in the US, €799 in Europe and Rs 47,990 ($600) in India. It is not yet clear if this model will come to Turkey.
