Apple held the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC), or as it is known in our country, the Apple World Developers Conference, on the evening of June 6. Here he introduced new versions of operating systems, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models using the M2 processor and this chip. Now Apple has rolled up its sleeves for the M2 Pro and Max processor.
M2 Pro and Max processor may arrive earlier than expected!
Mark German, who shared some leaks about the future of the devices presented in recent days, has now shared the new technologies that the company will release from the next iPhone event. These include devices that will come with the M2 Pro and Max processor.
According to Gurman, Apple is preparing to introduce Mac mini models using M2 and M2 Pro processors at the next launch. It will then launch new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros using the M2 Pro. But leaks are not like that.
A new chip called the M2 Extreme is said to be seen among the leaks. This will likely replace Max or be placed on top of it. But according to another claim, this chip will only be available as an option for the new Mac Pro models.
It also states that Apple is working on a new 12-inch MacBook Air model and is preparing to launch an Apple TV with 4GB of RAM using the A14 processor. You may also see a new generation HomePod that uses the S8 processor and has a multi-touch screen on it.
Tablet or PC?
According to data shared by many analysts, including Mark Gurman, Apple is working on launching two new iPad models with 14- and 15-inch screens next year. It is said that there are currently working prototypes, but it will not go on sale this year.
The main source of this estimate is that the aforementioned iPad models will include the M3 processor, which will be introduced next year. Therefore, it can be said that the gap between tablets and notebooks is gradually closing both in terms of size, power and functionality.
